We are looking for qualified professional IT Support Consultant to join our team. If you have a passion for IT service support development and would like to further expand your experience, you are most welcome to explore this opportunity.

What should you have? 

• Has high motivation in IT service support with the ability to:
  • Manage computer hardware, operating systems, and application installations and configurations
  • Manage customer cloud hosting daily monitoring
  • Monitor and maintain servers and networks infrastructure and in house application/utility
  • Administrate and perform servers onsite-offsite backup
  • Provide IT support to office users
  • Keep track of software and hardware inventory
  • Enforce internal IT operations policy and procedures
  • Liaise with vendors on software and hardware purchase

What do you need to qualify?

• Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunications) or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in computer operations and data network support or maintenance (*Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Good knowledge and experience in:
  • Windows Servers, Online Exchange, Office365, Azure Active Directory design and implementation, CLoud IaaS/SaaS platforms such as Microsoft Azure and other operations architecture capabilities
  • Setup and maintain Enterprise network/firewall
• Preferably specializing in MCSA-Microsoft Certified Solution Associate 2019, MCA Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator Expert
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate, manage relationship at all levels of organization and to customers
• Equipped with below certifications and experiences are an added advantage:
  • CCNA-Cisco Certified Network Associate/CCNP-Cisco Certified Network Professional
  • MS SQL Server/Oracle/Citrix Metaframe administration
